 But I see a lot of Django projects (and even style guides like HackSoft's) that still recommend a service layer.

So first i built a ecomm website where i integrated payment gateway too. But later on i used curser ai to mostly write my code or to build my projects. Idk i feel like i got a habbit of using ai for code. Recently, in my interviews i couldn&#39;t answered the questions in technical strucute i know what the concept is but couldn&#39;t able to explain it. I can build but i dont have hands on the syntax of django. So currently the problem I see happening is that the codebase is cluttered and the tech debt is increasing. And with growing use of AI people are just throwing in new code which is adding to the tech debt. I want to learn to write clean APIs. I want to structure everything properly. I want to learn what should go where. I have seen teammate putting everythjng in a single apiview. I want to learn the django drf way of doing things. Where do i start from. Are there any codebases which i can refer to learn. long shot - anyone have a python sentry crash sitting unresolved that i could try to reproduce for you? (free, weird ask)

<div class="md">A little backstory: I&#39;ve got an app that allows users to upload files. They can create a &quot;Thing&quot; and upload media that supports that thing. It seems like the solution for this is to have some sort of a queued task system and in those views just return quickly upon successful enqueuing the task and execute later. This apparently can be achieved with our postgres db or something like Celery (which looks kinda overkill on the surface but we already have a redis cache for our 2fa). Technical Highlights: Unified Multi-language Model: Instead of folder-based URLs, I used a ?lang=xx parameter system. A few days ago I posted the free version of Jinja2 Enhance and mentioned I was working on something where cmd+click in a template would jump straight to the Python line that declared the variable. A few people asked when it'd be ready.
 It's ready. Sort of. It's in pre-release.
